Hong Kong Mulls September 3 Public Holiday

Hong Kong's Labour Department has followed China's earlier announcement that September 3, 2015, would be declared a one-off non-working public holiday in China, by announcing yesterday that it would submit a bill to the Hong Kong Legislative Council later this month to also make the day of September 3, 2015, a non-working public holiday in Hong Kong.
