Pakistan To Consider August Tree Planting Public Holiday

Pakistan's Federal Minister for the Environment, Hameed Ullah Jan Afridi, is reported to have informed Pakistan's Federal Minister for Railways, Haji Ghulam Ahmed Bilour, that his Ministry plans to plant 11 million tree saplings in a single day, next August, and that that day would likely be declared a national public holiday.
