Kazakhstan's Prime Minister, Karim Massimov, has responded to a letter by Majilis deputy, Olga Kikolenko, who had complained about last-minute announcements of one-off non-working public holidays in Kazakhstan, and announced that he will consider announcing one-off non-working public holidays earlier, possibly even soon for the remainder of 2014.
