Ghana Announces December 19 Eid-Ul-Adha Public Holiday

The Ministry of the Interior of Ghana announced that the date of the Eid al-Adha public holiday had been set for Wednesday, December 19, 2007, one day earlier than anticipated. In the same communiqué, the Minister confirmed that December 25 and 26, as well as January 1st, would be public holidays.
