Malaysian PRK 2016 Public Holidays Amended

A spokesperson for the government of Malaysia's State of Perak, has announced that the Perak government had decided to effect the change of the Perak State public holiday in Malaysia ("Hari Keputeraan Sultan Perak"), from November 27, to early November, effective immediately in 2016, and not only beginning in 2017, as has previously been announced.
