Zambian Secretary to the Cabinet, Roland Msiska, has announced that the President of Zambia, Edgar Lungu, had declared another one-off public holiday on Tuesday, January 5, 2016, as a half-day non-working public holiday in Zambia to allow civil servants to attend the ceremony at which President Lungu will assent to the Constitution Amendment Bill.
