The Chairman of Bangladesh's National Moon Sighting Committee, Motiur Rahman, has announced that the moon of the month of Rabiul Awal Hijri 1437 had not been sighted in Bangladesh's sky yesterday and therefore that the annual Eid-e-Miladunnabi (birthday of the Prophet Mohammad) non-working public holiday in Bangladesh, would be observed on Friday, December 25, 2015.
