Namibian Presidency spokesperson, Albertus Auchamub, has announced that, despite announcements to the contrary, President, Hage Geingob, had indeed declared Friday, November 27, 2015, as another one-off non-working public holiday in Namibia, on account of the local and regional authority elections being held in Namibia on that date.
