Turkey's Prime Minister, Ahmet Davutoğlu, has signed a decree declaring an additional non-working public sector holidays in Turkey, on Friday, October 30, 2015, as another "administrative holiday" public sector holiday to link the October 29 Republic Day public holiday with the following weekend and the November 1st elections.
