Panamanian November 2015 Public Holidays Extended

Presidencia de la República de Panamá (Panama City) and Panama public holidays (qppstudio.net). Panama's President, Juan Carlos Varela, has issued 2 decrees ("Decreto Ejecutivo No. 574 de 28 de octubre de 2015" and the "Decreto Ejecutivo No. 575 de 28 de octubre de 2015") which, once again, extend the number of, and observance of, the non-working public holidays in Panama for the month of November 2015.
