Argentina Moves November 2015 Public Holiday

Argentine President, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, has decided to go ahead as suggested and once again move the upcoming, November 23, Día de la Soberanía Nacional, annual non-working public holiday in Argentina, to avoid the possible, and more than likely, November 22, second round of the upcoming presidential elections, falling in the middle of a 3-day weekend.
