Turkmenistan's President, Gurbanguly Berdimuhammadov, has once again signed a decree ("to create favorable conditions for the celebrations and good rest of the population") declaring Monday, May 19, 2014, as a one-off non-working public holiday, to reflect the fact that this year's annual public holiday for Magtymguly Pyragy falls on a Sunday.
