Slovakia Mulls October 28 Public Holiday

Members of the the opposition Slovak Democratic and Christian Union (SDKÚ) in Slovakia's Parliament, have proposed making the anniversary of the date of the first Czechoslovak Republic, on October 28, into a new annual non-working public holiday in Slovakia, and in compensation cancelling the September 1st annual non-working public holiday in Slovakia, as has been proposed before.
