The Secretary General to the Nicaraguan Minister of Labour, José León Argüello, has announced that Friday, July 19, 2013, would be a non-working public holiday in Nicaragua, but that it would not be accompanied by additional public holidays, as had been hinted at recently, and had in fact happened in previous years.
