The Prime Minister of Armenia, Tigran Sargsyan, has announced that the Armenian Government had declared Friday, May 10, 2013, the day after the upcoming Victory and Peace annual public holiday, as a one-off non-working public holiday so "that the citizens will have the opportunity to rest for four days".
