Kazakhstan's Prime Minister, Serik Akhmetov, has signed the "Decree Of The Government To Postpone The Rest Of The Day During The May Holidays" (Правительством принято Постановление о переносе дня отдыха в майские праздники) which declares Friday, May 10, 2013, as an additional one-off non-working public holiday in Kazakhstan, to link the annual, May 9, public holiday, with the subsequent weekend.
