Immediately after this morning's Cabinet meeting, Bangladesh's Cabinet Secretary, Musharraf Hossain Bhuiyan, announced that the Cabinet had declared a non-working public holiday for today, Thursday, March 21, 2013, "applicable for all institutions including schools and banks", to mourn the death of President Zillur Rahman.
