Grenada 2013 Carnival Public Holidays Clarification

The Prime Minister of Grenada, Tillman Thomas, has issued a communique explaining that, although the dates of the upcoming Carriacou Carnival 2013 could not be made non-working public holidays in 2013 in Grenada, all government offices and schools in Carriacou, would remain closed on Monday and Tuesday, February 11 and 12, 2013.
