Bolivia's Minister of Labour, Daniel Santalla, has announced that the Bolivian Cabinet of Ministers had approved a decree which declares Monday, April 30, 2012, as a non-working public holiday throughout Bolivia (feriado con suspensión de actividades públicas y privadas en todo el territorio del Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia), to link the coming weekend with the annual Labour Day non-working public holiday.
