Argentina Announces October 27 Census Public Holiday

Argentina's President, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, has signed executive decree 67 which specifies that the next national census will take place on Wednesday, October 27, 2010, and that that date will be a national non-working public holiday (la fecha será declarada feriado nacional).
