Sri Lanka Public Holiday Announcement Expected Tomorrow

During next Tuesday's ceremonial address to the nation from Parliament , Sri Lankan President, Mahinda Rajapaksa, is expected to announce a new national public holiday, to be designated National Liberation Day.
