Note, through Executive Order NO. 2007-02, has declared that all flags in the Republic fly at half-mast for a period of National Mourning from July 17, 2007 through July 23, 2007, on the passing of the late Senator Fountain Inok. This period of national mourning will not be a public holiday, in the sense that stores, businesses and the government will continue to run on a regular schedule.
