March 21 a Day of National Mourning in Russia

President Vladimir Putin has declared Wednesday, March 21, a national day of mourning following three recent tragedies, and, in that context, has called for the national flag to be flown at half-mast and for television and radio companies and cultural institutions to cancel entertainment events and programs. Analysis: This will not be a public holiday, neither for the public nor the private sector.
